Our Rollercoaster Times staff reads & sifts through published material from other DBSA Chapters, Professional Publications, reader and other submissions to find material that will be of interest to the Chapter Members or help them in their recovery efforts, and when inspired has even been known resort to or to fill the pages of our newsletter. This job has become significantly easier since lack of funds has forced us to cut back from 10 pages to 4. This is an area where we need to generate a significant amount of additional funding (something on the order of $7,000 per year to get back to the 10 page level.) Is a 10 page quarterly newsletter a justifiable expense?

I couldn't say but I will say that I've kept every (10 page) back issue I could lay my hands on in a binder.

And I thought building this Archive was important. When it went to 4 pages (1 1/2 page actual useful information) I've read them and tossed all but one.

We have brought up a "Donate On- Line" function, but it still has not been engineered to allow you to earmark funds; so you will need to improvise if you care how we spend your money. If you think the 10 page version of the RCT is a justifiable expense, even at the expense level shown above:

Then

reference your donation id, and tell us what you would like to see us fund!
